Appointments

To ensure you receive the best possible service, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes. Late arrivals will reduce treatment time and may affect the outcome of your service. If you arrive wearing makeup or oils, a Lash Bath & Makeup Removal will be required at an additional cost.

When requesting therapists, we will always try to accommodate, however, we appreciate your understanding if it is not possible to be placed with your requested therapist.

Appointment confirmations are sent via email 7 days prior and via SMS 48 hours prior to your booking. Please use these reminders to manage any changes to your appointment in a timely manner.

Bookings & Deposits

Appointments may be booked via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, and Gift Certificates.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount will be applied to your total at the time of service. If a deposit is not processed during rebooking, it will be automatically charged 7 days prior to your appointment. Should there be any issues, we will contact you directly.

Special Offers & Discounts

Promotional discounts must be applied at the time of booking using the appropriate discount codes. Discounts not applied during booking cannot be retrospectively added at the time of the appointment. Deposits are based on the full treatment price, with discounts applied to the final payment on the day of your visit.

Infills

Selecting the appropriate infill service is crucial for optimal results:

  • Express Infills require at least 60% of lash extensions remaining.
  • Extended Infills require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining.
  • If less than 40% of extensions remain, please book a Fresh Set to ensure satisfaction and avoid disappointment.

Choosing the wrong infill type may result in compromised results and a need for earlier follow-up appointments.

Foreign Infills

Clients with lash extensions applied at another salon must book an Extended Infill for their first visit. As we cannot guarantee the quality or compatibility of previous work, a removal and fresh full set may be required to ensure the health of your natural lashes. This may necessitate multiple appointments, subject to availability. Standard cancellation & reschedule policies apply. Our 48 hour repair guarantee does not apply to Foreign Lash Infills.

Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the longevity of your lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes. Aftercare instructions will be emailed before your appointment. Please read them carefully and contact us with any questions. We recommend using our professional aftercare products, available for purchase in-store, for optimal results.

Allergies & Patch Testing

If you have known sensitivities/allergies, we strongly recommend a patch test at least 48 hours before your treatment. Clients who choose to proceed without a patch test do so at their own risk.

If a reaction occurs, please contact us immediately. We offer a complimentary removal for lash extensions in the event of a reaction. A medical clearance form may be required prior to removal.

No refunds will be issued in cases of allergic reactions.

Respect & Conduct

We value a respectful and safe environment for our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is verbally or physically abusive or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such instances, the appointment will be terminated immediately, and the full treatment/s price will be charged. Police may be contacted if necessary.

Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

By booking, you authorise us to charge your card on file for unpaid deposits, and in accordance with our cancellation, reschedule, and no-show policy. To avoid extra charges, please make any changes outside of our cancellation terms.

  • No-shows, non-attended/completed scheduled appointments will result in forfeiture of deposits and gift vouchers associated and will be charged in full for all treatments booked.
  • Cancellations and reschedules within 48-24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit or incur a fee determined by appointment length.
  • Cancelling/changing/downgrading/removing/not completing/refusing booked appointments and services within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged as per the original booking.
  • Any appointment changes or cancellations should be made outside these timeframes to avoid charges.

Surcharges

  • A 2.6% booking fee applies to all appointments.
  • A 10% surcharge applies to Saturday appointments.
  • A 15% surcharge applies to Sunday and Public Holiday appointments.
  • Any applicable refunds will be issued minus any applicable surcharges.

Service Guarantee

When following our before and aftercare guidelines, your non-invasive treatments will achieve the best possible results. We offer a 48 hour repair guarantee for our lash extensions, lash lifts, and Bronsun/Henna treatments, in the rare event of retention issues. If concerns arise, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a complimentary repair appointment within 48 hours of your appointment. Guarantees are void if you arrive with eye or brow makeup/creams/oils.

Disclaimer and Updates to Terms

Lash Bar Australia reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website and/or communicated through official booking channels.

By continuing to book and attend appointments with Lash Bar Australia, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the most current version of our Terms and Conditions.

We strongly recommend that all clients review the Terms and Conditions regularly, especially when making new appointments, to ensure you are aware of any updates that may affect your booking, treatment, or payment.
