Booking Policy

Booking Deposits - A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total amount, at your appointment. Bookings can be done via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Credit, Debit, Cash available.

Specials -  You must apply any discount codes at the time of booking for our system to apply this discount. If referred at the time of appointment, no discount will be applied. To avoid disappointment, refer when you book. Deposits are applied against full treatment amount and web special discount will be taken off final payment at appointment.
Cancellations -
A minimum of 24hrs is required should you wish to cancel your booking. With sufficient notice, booking deposits will be applied as a credit on your account to be applied against future bookings. Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment time will be charged in full for all services booked.
Reschedules -
Bookings can be rescheduled with a minimum of 8hrs notice prior your appointment. Appointment reschedules within 8hrs of your booking may incur a late reschedule fee. Late reschedule fee amount determined by treatment booked.
No Shows -
No shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged the full amount of all treatments booked. Any vouchers associated with No Shows will be void.

Respectful - Please be respectful of us, our staff and clients. We reserve the right to refuse clients who are verbally or physically abusive or under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol. In this instance, your appointment will be stopped immediately and you will be charged in full for your scheduled booking, asked to leave the premise and be black listed from any future bookings. No discounts or refunds will be given.
Appointment -
To get the most from your experience, and as a curtesy to our staff and other clients, please aim to arrive 5 mins prior your appointment time, with clean lashes. Should you be running late to your appointment, or arrive to your appointment with lashes that require cleaning, your treatment time will be reduced and will finish at the scheduled end time. Full payment for booked treatments will be charged. No refunds or discounts for reduced treatment time will be given. Any issues that arise as a result, will not be guaranteed under our repair policy.

Infills - Please choose your infills carefully. Booking an express infill when you require a Extended Infill will result in your lashes not being completely full and you will require an infill sooner than usual. Infills must be booked and attend your refill within 3 weeks of your last appointment with us and have 40% of your extensions remaining to qualify for an infill. If you have less than this amount, please book for a full set to avoid disappointment.

Foreign Infills - Foreign Infills or infills of sets from another salon must book for the longer or extended infills for 1st booking. We cannot guarantee these as we cannot be sure of the quality of the previous extensions. If the extensions are not applied correctly, a removal and fresh set will be required to maintain a healthy natural lash. This may be required to be done over 2 appointments, depending on time available.
Aftercare -
Correct aftercare is important for natural lash health and retention quality of your lash extensions. We will inform you about the correct aftercare for your treatments and we strongly advise using product specifically designed for treatments. Aftercare products are available for purchase online or in store, if needed.

Allergies - If you have or suspect you may have an allergy or various to make-up, skin products and medications, we strongly recommend a patch test at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. Should you choose to go ahead with any treatments without a patch test, we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that may arise. Whilst all care is taken, no refunds will be given in this instance. In the event of allergies/sensitivities, contact us asap for recommended care instructions. For lashes - a complimentary removal to alleviate reaction symptoms is provided. However, you may require a medical clearance prior to a removal.

Guarantee - With correct and careful aftercare and maintenance, your non invasive treatment will have the best longevity. In the rare event you experience retention issues, your Lash Extension, Lash Lift & Bronsun/Henna treatments come with a 4 day repair guarantee. Should any retention issues arise, please contact us immediately, and we will book in a touch up repair, within 4 days from your appointment. Not applicable after this time. Arriving to your appointment with eye/brow make up will forfeit any repair guarantee. Not applicable for Cosmetic Tattoo, Waxing, Tinting or Long weekend Lashes.
